How the course works:
- This is a self-paced online course with eight modules.
- Each module includes 2-3 video sessions of 5- 20 minutes each.
- Each module gives you access to audio for guided practices and meditations.
- You have access to exercise workbooks, handouts, and extra resources, such as bonus videos and book recommendations.
- Lifetime access to all the material. You can take the course at your own pace and revisit the material any time you like!
