By accessing MINDULNESS MUSIC AND HEALTH services I understand that this is an educational program, not a treatment for any physical or mental health condition, and that no promises are made about what I get from it or how it affects me. I take responsibility for my own experience on the program and I can manage my reactions to the videos and other aspects shown on the program or website on my own. I understand that HEALTHY MINDFULNESS LIFE, its staff, and guest teachers do not have a professional relationship with me.
By accessing HEALTHY MINDFULNESS LIFE, the client understands that the role of instructors, teachers and HEALTHY MINDFULNESS LIFE is not to provide health care, medical or nutritional therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, our coaches are mentors and guides who have been trained in holistic health coaching to help others achieve their own health goals by helping them design and implement positive and sustainable lifestyle changes. The client understands that HEALTHY MINDFULNESS LIFE, the Teachers and instructors do not act in the capacity of a physician, licensed or registered dietitian-nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by HEALTHY MINDFULNESS LIFE and the staff is not destined to take the place of advice of these professionals.
The advice presented in HEALTHY MINDFULNESS LIFE and associated programs and trainings should not be viewed as medical or nursing advice and is not intended to replace consultation with licensed healthcare professionals. It is vital that you speak with your doctor and a qualified mental health professional about the symptoms and treatment of eating disorders. Minors should consult with a legal guardian or other adult when considering treatment. The diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders or any other mental illness requires the attention of a physician or other appropriately qualified mental health professional.
