The practice of meditation is a transformative journey that is rooted in the training of our minds. It can impact all areas of our lives: our physical, mental, and spiritual health as well as your social well-being and sense of purpose.
Whether you are a long-time practitioner or just starting your journey, this comprehensive program will provide you with the foundations of meditation, including the practices of calm-abiding meditation to foster focus and attention, meditations on the spectrum of altruism, and the development of wisdom to align your perception with reality so you enjoy peace of mind, harmony, and satisfaction.

Course 1: Finding peace within:
If you want to live a more fulfilling life, find peace within, truly inhabit the present moment, and let go of the constant inner chatter, the confusion, and rumination, then this module is the first step on the journey of training your mind. While developing strong foundations of calm-abiding meditation or shamatha, you can develop the stability and clarity necessary to remain open, present, and embodied and truly take the reins of your own path.
Course 2: Softening your heart
To start building a reliable source of self-esteem, open your heart, and connect with others, you need to embark on the path of altruism, starting with loving-kindness towards yourself and gradually including other sentient beings. This will allow you to feel more grounded, deepen and strengthen your bonds with loved ones, decrease your emotional dependency, and heal your relationships.
Course 3: Flourishing amidst difficulty
Because challenges and uncertainty are part of life, in this module you’ll learn to face adversity by growing inner resources of resilience, empathy, and compassion towards your own suffering and the suffering of others. Through different meditation practices and mindset shifts, you can start unleashing our potential and expanding the warmth of your own heart.
Course 4: Seeing things as they are
We tend to see reality through a distorted filter that reinforces our negative beliefs and preconceptions. In this module, you’ll explore the functioning of your mind as well as phenomena so that you can develop the wisdom necessary to see things as they are. This means making amends with uncertainty and transience and broadening your perspective so that you can lead a life more attuned and in harmony with the realities of impermanence and interconnectedness.
How the course works:
- This is a self-paced four course-program to truly deepen and transform your meditation practice.
- Each course consists of eight modules, comprising 32 lessons of learning and practice.
- Every module includes 2-3 video sessions of 5-20 minutes each.
- Every module will give you access to audios for guided practices and meditations.
- You have access to exercise workbooks, handouts, and extra resources, such as bonus videos and book recommendations.
- Lifetime access to all the material. You can take the course at your own pace and revisit the material any time you like!
This course is for

This course is not a good

- You have never meditated and want an easy fix for the uncomfortable emotions or situations you are dealing with
- You are not willing to stay consistent and persistent with your practice
- You think there is only one right way to meditate
- You are not ready to take the reins of your own life
We want to make these resources as accessible as possible. We offer scholarships if you are not able to afford the full tuition at the moment.
