Creating and nourishing deep connections is possible when we learn mindfulness and emotional awareness skills.
We are social beings, which means that one of the greatest sources of well-being is deep and meaningful connections. Scientific evidence has shown that it is one of the markers of longevity and overall well-being. Creating those relationships is a worthy task because we can learn about others and ourselves and expand our horizons. We all share a common denominator: we want to be happy and at ease.
Nowadays, everything in our world is interconnected and we can build bonds with people from miles away right from our own homes.
Healthy and meaningful relationships can include romantic and non-romantic ones; with our children, relatives, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances, all of whom provide different challenges and rewards.
In this course we go through the practices and mindset shifts necessary to build the proper foundations and skills for thriving relationships.

In this course you will learn:
- Why you cannot neglect working on your own well-being and growth
- How to learn to love yourself in a way that makes you a better partner, friend, and parent
- How to explore your core values and make sure you find the sweet spot between compromising and betraying yourself
- How to practice mindful communication to improve and enhance your relationships
- How setting boundaries is a matter of respect and kindness
- How to practice and integrate the 4 key elements necessary for better relationships: loving-kindness, compassion, joy and wisdom
- How to take care of your heart and your mind so they are open and fresh at all times
How the course works:
- This is a self-paced online course with eight modules.
- Each module includes 2-3 video sessions of 5- 20 minutes each.
- Each module gives you access to audio for guided practices and meditations.
- You have access to exercise workbooks, handouts, and extra resources, such as bonus videos and book recommendations.
- Lifetime access to all the material. You can take the course at your own pace and revisit the material any time you like!
This course is for
you if:
- You understand the value of meaningful relationships and want to invest in them for your well-being
- You find that you tend to get into unbalanced dynamics where you don’t encounter reciprocity or feel valued
- You are willing to put in the effort and challenge old beliefs that might not be serving you
- You know that building lasting and healthy relationships takes time and effort both on your end and on the other person’s end
This course is not a good
option for you if:
- You aren’t willing to put in the work to heal the relationship with yourself first
- You are looking for an easy fix or just find a partner to fill a void
- You think you can keep doing what you’re doing as long as someone is beside you, even if the relationship is harmful or draining.
- You think your partner or another person is the only one responsible for catering to your needs
- You are not ready to be an agent of change and take accountability for your own life
We want to make these resources as accessible as possible. We offer scholarships if you are not able to afford the full tuition at the moment.
Nourishing deep and fulfilling relationships is something you can learn. Even if you haven’t had positive experiences in the past, you can start creating the opportunity for connections that fill your life with peace, genuine love, safety, support, and satisfaction.
